    • When staying at the hotel, can I send my luggage ahead and have the hotel hold it for me?

      Yes, we can hold your luggage. Please include your name and the dates of your stay on the invoice.

    • Can I use a wheelchair in the hotel? Do you have them available for rent?

      Yes, the hotel is equipped with elevators. We provide wheelchairs free of charge. Please notify us in advance if you would like to use one.

    • Is there a shuttle bus to take me to and from the hotel and the station?

      Yes, there is a shuttle bus that runs from Toba Station. Please check the shuttle bus schedule for details.

    • Can you send me my luggage before or after check in?

      Yes. Please inform the front desk clerk of your wishes.

    • Do you have a parking lot?

      Yes, free outdoor parking is available. Shiojitei can accomodate 30 vehicles and Toba Hotel International 120. There is no need to reserve a parking space.

    • Can I make a reservation on the day I want to stay?

      Yes, depending on room availability. Please contact us with any inquiries.

    • Do you accept reservations online?

      Yes, we do.

    • Is it possible to cancel my reservation?

      Yes, it is possible.
      Be aware, however, that separate cancellation fees apply to reservations cancelled within a short time of the day of arrival.

      Cancellation Charges:
      7 days in advance: 20% of the accommodation fee
      3 days in advance: 50% of the accommodation fee
      Day before scheduled arrival: 80% of the accommodation fee
      Day of scheduled arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
      No show (Without notifying the hotel) :100% of the accommodation fee

      This does NOT include plans with special cancellation fees.

    • Can you arrange for items such as cakes and flowers?

      Yes, that is possible. We take orders starting from 3,300 yen. Please inform us of your needs when making your reservation.

    • Do you accept credit cards?

      Yes, we accept all major credit cards including JCB, VISA, UC, AMEX, Diners Club, Million Card, Saison, NICOS among others. Please contact us with any questions.

    • Can guide dogs stay in the rooms?

      Yes, they can.

    • Do you have non-smoking rooms?

      Yes, all of our rooms are non-smoking.

    • Do you have smoking rooms?

      All of our rooms are non-smoking. When smoking, please do so in the designated areas. Smoking is allowed, however, on the decks of rooms that have them.

    • Can the hotel lend me a pants presser or steamer?

      At the front desk pants pressers, irons, blankets, sandals, corkscrews and etc. are available for rent. Feel free to ask for them anytime.

    • Can I use the internet in the hotel?

      Yes, you can connect to the internet by wireless LAN.

    • Can my pet stay in my room?

      No. We ask that you kindly refrain from staying here with pets.

    • Please tell me what amenities are available in the rooms.

      In all rooms you will find a hair dryer, towels, bath towels, bath robes, tooth brushes, combs, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and etc.

    • Can you keep my valuables safe?

      Please secure your valuables in the safe deposit box located in your room.

    • Can you handle guests with allergies?

      Yes. If the request is made in advance, we can prepare special dinners to suit your needs.

    • Do you have bars or restaurants where I can drink alcohol?

      Yes, at the Scent of Tea our lobby lounge. You can check the menu and business hours here.
